High-alumina mud is also called high-aluminum fire mud. It is made of high-aluminum clinker as raw material, combined with a binding agent, mixed according to a certain ratio, and made by mixing and stirring. Its role is to match the use of high-alumina brick masonry, and sometimes as a joint filler. The high-alumina refractory mud determines the Al2O3 content and the size of the high-alumina clinker particle size according to the brick composition and use requirements of the masonry site, and better matches the use of high-alumina bricks to resist the corrosion of gas and slag.
